Although I'm loving baking cakes, sometimes a good cupcake day is needed. I haven't found my favorite recipe yet, but I am on the hunt. Martha Stewart gave me this recipe, yes we swap recipes frequently, and I tried it. The cupcakes turned out beautifully and they were extremely easy to make. Just like the name says, only one-bowl to make them. How fantastic! Such easy cleanup, which is always a plus in our tiny kitchen.
