The letter of the day is 'C'

Tonight I made, for the second time, a Cranberry Vanilla Coffee Cake. Whoa, that's a lot of "c"s. For some reason when I got home from class I felt this rush to get it done. I was moving so fast, slicing the vanilla bean, making vanilla sugar, and then I messed up. It was inevitable. The momentum that I had was much to strong, I was destined to fail. As I am messing up, Phil is packing for a weekend trip to Hays, KS for a wedding. All he hears is "shit, shit, shit," and quite loud. So, I started over and now the cake is baking in the oven. It's not perfect, but it should do. The lesson I've learned today is don't immediately start baking after Physics Lab.
